Thoughts

I have decided to start writing a new story. It's something I've been wanting to write for quite some time now but it's hard to decide how to go about it. It's very dramatic and disturbing which brings in the difficult element but I am passionate about this story and ready to begin. =)

Thoughts: September 30th, 2010

I've spent the last couple of days with my sister which have been nice. This week I watched two films: "Robin Hood" and "The Town." They were both entertaining. The Town stood out more to me. I saw it in the theatre and it was quite good. Ben Affleck is quite the director and Jeremy Renner has proved himself to be a talent once again. If you haven't seen "The Hurt Locker," you should.

I'm off to the hospital to have blood drawn. I've put it off for several weeks. ( I fibbed, it's been months! ) I really can't stand having my blood drawn. Needles are quite gross but a lot easier to handle when something is going in as opposed to something coming out. Ugh...I will survive. =)

Story: Calm in the winter

Dark as night it was in the deep wood. Morning was but only a few hours away and most of the creatures were still in deep slumber. The sounds of several owls echoed across the trees and only the slight sound of the scratching wind could be heard. The snow began to fall heavily upon the branches and ground. Logs were becoming covered in soft white blankets and the branches of bushes and trees were frosted. When the sun rises the sounds will change and the winter life will awaken. Smell the crisp snow and fresh air.

Blog Birth

So my friend has convinced me to start a new blog due to my addiction to the pen and err...keyboard. So here it is. I suppose it will be a creative writing blog mainly. I will do my best to organize it well and perhaps someone will read it! =)
